John Cartwright
Director
I am a highly motivated and very experienced Director with almost 30 years in the construction industry, and my focus is on solutions.
I have worked across education, healthcare, residential, highways, civil engineering, gas and oil projects up to £50m. I spent the first 15 years of my career with national main contractors and have 10 years as Commercial Director of a civil engineering company with a turnover of just under £50m.
I have a significant breadth of knowledge and technical experience spanning the full project lifecycle. I am a risk and quantum expert with vast experience of negotiating and administrating JCT and NEC main contracts and subcontracts, and of dispute resolution.

Director
I am a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 12 years specialising in civil engineering and groundworks.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and have overseen projects ranging in value from £100,000 to in excess of £10m. I have extensive experience in tendering and estimating, including cost planning, bill preparation and competitive tender submissions, providing accurate and commercially sound pricing from early feasibility through to contract award.
I have a strong understanding of cost management, procurement and contract administration, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on budget and to the highest standard.
