What we do

Eight services, one commercial spine

Appoint us for a single contract review or for the whole commercial function. Either way you get directors who have run schemes up to £50m, doing the work themselves.

All services
  1. 01 Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management Applications, cost value reconciliations, change control and final accounts, run either as your in-house commercial team or alongside it.
  2. 02 Project Management Professional project management across every stage, keeping schemes safe, on programme, on budget and at the quality that was specified.
  3. 03 Contract Administration Diligent, commercially focused contract administration from inception to final completion, with the record keeping to match.
  4. 04 Principal Contractor, Principal Designer & CDM An integrated approach to health, safety and delivery, including works carried out by our own direct labour teams and approved supply chain.
  5. 05 Preconstruction Measurement, bills of quantities and first principles pricing, so the cost you commit to is built up rather than guessed at.
  6. 06 Education & Estates Estates strategy, DfE funding support and compliant delivery for multi-academy trusts, schools and colleges, backed by our approved framework of vetted contractors.
  7. 07 Contract Reviews & Negotiations Know exactly what you are signing: obligations, scope and risk set out in plain terms, with advice on what to accept, negotiate or refuse.
  8. 08 Pre-Dispute Resolution & Dispute Resolution Expert commercial support through the life of a dispute, from an early independent valuation through to adjudication, mediation and arbitration.
