The Rotherham markets and library redevelopment site

The Rotherham Markets Redevelopment comprises the construction of all associated substructure and superstructure elements, including foundations and reinforced concrete slabs at both ground bearing and upper floor levels.

The works also include below ground drainage systems and service ducting, together with the reinforced concrete frame supporting the new market and library facility. The scope incorporates external works such as hard landscaping, paving and service connections to the public realm, as well as Section 278 works to deliver the required highway alterations.

Our role

A four year commission providing quantity surveying and commercial management on a civil engineering package inside a live town centre regeneration scheme.
