Middlesbrough Sports Village represents a landmark investment in community health, wellbeing and sporting infrastructure. Procured through the SCAPE framework under an NEC3 Option B contract, the scheme was delivered on behalf of the Tees Valley Combined Authority as end user.

Developed on a challenging brownfield site, the project required careful planning, remediation and coordination to transform previously underused land into a modern sporting destination serving the wider Tees Valley.

Our role

Quantity surveying and commercial management across a two year civil engineering programme, on a site where ground conditions and remediation made early commercial control especially valuable.
