Commercial control is not paperwork after the fact. It is the discipline that decides whether a project finishes where the budget said it would.
What we do
We prepare and submit interim applications, reconcile cost against value every month, and give you a clear picture of where the money actually is. Change is priced and agreed as it happens, not argued over at the end, and subcontractors are procured, assessed and paid on terms that stand up.
Reporting you can act on
Our reporting is written to be used, not filed. You get the current forecast, the risks and opportunities behind it, and a plain recommendation on what to do next. Where the numbers are moving in the wrong direction, you will hear it from us early.
Final accounts
We negotiate and agree final accounts, including the loose ends that usually sit unresolved for months: variations, extensions of time, loss and expense, and retention. The aim is a settled account with the relationship intact.
