As Principal Contractor
We plan, manage, monitor and coordinate the construction phase: site set up and segregation, construction phase plans, method statements and risk assessments, inductions, and day to day supervision of every contractor on site.
As Principal Designer
We lead health and safety through pre-construction, coordinating the design team to eliminate and control risk at source, issuing pre-construction information and developing the health and safety file properly rather than as a box-ticking exercise at handover.
In live and sensitive environments
A great deal of our work happens in schools, care settings and working factories. Segregation, safeguarding, DBS checked operatives and sensible working hours are planned in from the start, not bolted on.
