A new build two storey school extension procured via SCAPE for Northern Education Trust and delivered under an NEC4 Option A building contract. The project included classrooms, WCs, dining facilities, a plant room and external works.
Our role
We provided project management, quantity surveying and commercial management for the full life cycle of the project on behalf of the trust: procurement of the main contractor, planning, pre-construction services, tender analysis, contract advice and negotiation, cost control and change management through to final account.
