The Minsthorpe Community College development in South Elmsall delivered significant new educational and sporting facilities designed to enhance the learning environment while minimising disruption to students and staff.
Procured under a JCT 2016 contract, the scheme comprised a new sports hall building alongside a three storey temporary accommodation block, carefully phased and positioned to maintain full operational continuity of the college throughout the works. A new multi-use games area was delivered in line with the relevant sport governing body standards.
