A comprehensive civil engineering and groundworks package for Ideal Boilers at their manufacturing facility in Hull, forming part of a wider site development programme designed to enhance operational capacity and modernise infrastructure within a live industrial environment.
The scope commenced with careful demolition of existing structures and hardstandings, ensuring safe segregation from ongoing site operations and maintaining uninterrupted access to adjacent production areas. Following site clearance, reinforced concrete foundations and floor slabs were constructed to suit the new facilities.
