Replacement of the low temperature hot water pipework in a multi storey nursing home in Hartlepool.
The project was delivered in a live nursing home which is home to over 300 people. The work was coordinated around residents, requiring careful and concise organisation to avoid disruption and downtime during service changeovers.
Our role
Hauxley Group managed the project from concept to practical completion on behalf of Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust: drafting the scope, coordinating design, procuring the main contractor, pre-construction services, cost control and change management through to the final account.
