Refurbishment works at Riverside's fully occupied, Grade II listed Dale Court residence, involving the delivery and installation of new windows and doors to 28 occupied flats.
The project required careful consideration of the building's listed status, the logistical challenges of a constrained town centre location, and the need to minimise disruption to residents, many of whom were elderly or vulnerable. The works included comprehensive site surveys and asbestos checks, removal of the existing windows and doors, erection and dismantling of scaffolding, managed waste removal and installation of the new units.
